I think a food festival would attract a lot of people to the area of Hunts Point. I personally feel that this idea would bring us back to how the Fulton Fish market in the south street seaport once operated when a wealthy businessman would rub elbows with a sailor having a conversation over oysters. I wonder if this type of social gathering can be incorporated on a daily basis.
